Prices
All prices quoted in
this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST
inclusive.
Order
Processing
Orders received
prior to 3pm EST (Monday to Friday) will be processed and goods
dispatched on the same day.
Orders received after 3pm EST (Monday to Friday) will be processed
and goods dispatched on the next day of business.
Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday will be
processed and goods dispatched on the next day of
business.
Delivery
Information
Orders are usually
shipped via Australia Post.
Items will be posted either on the day of ordering or the next day
of business, depending on when you placed your order (see
Order
Processing).
Delivery via Australia Post to most Capital City metropolitan areas
should take 1 - 3 days.
Delivery via Australia Post to more remote areas may take a little
longer.
The Last
Piece may
choose to send larger orders to you via Courier. If this occurs, a
representative from The Last
Piece will
contact you and advise you of all the details relevant to your
delivery.

Stock
Availability / Back Orders
Whilst we maintain
adequate stock levels of all items displayed on our website, it is
possible that an item may be temporarily out of stock at the time
of processing your order.
If we cannot supply an item within 24 hours of your order being
processed, a representative from The Last
Piece will
contact you with an estimated time of delivery.
Items that are placed on back order will be sent to you immediately
once they become available.
Privacy

Your privacy is
assured by us.
During the order process, The Last
Piece will
collect sufficient information from users that allow us to process
the order. Information collected during this process includes
contact, delivery and payment information.
The Last
Piece will
never disclose your personal information to other parties, except
where required to process and deliver an order or where we may be
required to do so by law.

Payments
The Last
Piece operates from Victoria, Australia
and as such, all prices contained in this web site and any amounts
charged upon placing an order are in Australian Dollars
(AUD).
After placing your
order, you will be transferred to our payment provider - E-way,
where you can pay for your order securely (with your Visa /
Mastercard). Following payment you will be returned to our web

Returns
The Last
Piece will
accept returns of any purchase within 14 days, as long as the
product has not been opened and is in its original packaging.
Puzzles & Games returned opened (in unsaleable condition) will
not receive credit.

your order. Also advise whether you require a refund , credit or
replacement product.
We do not refund Postage & Packaging charges. Postage costs to
return products are covered by the Customer.
